gip2
The gip2 oncogene encodes GTPase-deficient alpha-subunits of Gs or Gi-2 proteins and has been identified in tumours of the ovary and adrenal cortex. It will induce neoplastic transformation of Rat-1 cells but not NIH 3T3 cells and appears to be a tissue-selective oncogene.
